Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting travel services offered by the company. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves engaging with corporate clients to design and propose tailored travel solutions, as well as maintaining exceptional customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the travel or events industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and travel-related services, including flight and hotel reservations, tour packages, and corporate travel.
  • Ability to understand client needs, develop tailored travel solutions, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to resolve client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client portfolios and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
