Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Sungai Petani. The Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting product offerings, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires collaboration with the sales team and consistent tracking of sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Sales and business development experience, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in market research and customer relationship management
• Time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Technical knowledge in building materials or related products is an advantage
• Prior experience in wholesale distribution or a similar industry is beneficial
