As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, increasing our corporate leads, and driving sales traffic to our company. You will give product demonstrations, familiarize clients with our offerings, and ensure a smooth sales process from order taking to issue resolution. Additionally, you will support our offline marketing efforts by conducting research, analyzing data, and initiating marketing opportunities and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound via emails.
- To conduct product demonstrations and provide information on our products or services.
- Assist the process of customer orders and follow up to resolve any issues promptly.
- Support offline marketing planning by conducting market research, identifying target audiences, tracking trends, and analyzing competitors.
- Develop and implement offline marketing activities to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
- Be willing to learn and expand the markets outside Malaysia.
- Remain flexible and ready to take on ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, is a must, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Experience with creating and implementing marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adept at handling stressful situations and meeting tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
