Job Role

Sales Executive HORECA is responsible for developing and managing sales within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Caf sector. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafs, catering companies, cloud kitchens, etc.).
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell company products/services to HORECA customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with frequent client visits.
• May require flexible working hours.
• Occasional participation in trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) is a bonus point.
• 25 years of sales experience in HORECA / FMCG / Food Service industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the local HORECA market.
• Valid driver's license (if field-based role).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Expected Salary: RM5,000+ per month, depending on experience and qualifications; negotiable for the right candidate.
