Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ijok. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties include presenting customized solutions to prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively
  • Business development and relationship-building abilities to identify and foster new opportunities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey value propositions to clients
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex sales cycles and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
  • Experience in the design, architecture, or construction industry is a plus
