Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Batu Caves for a Key Account Sales Executive - FMCG. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with key accounts, identify opportunities for business growth, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet designated sales targets. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with internal teams for smooth account management.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Experience in account management and relationship building
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market and consumer trends
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an FMCG role is highly advantageous
