Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location:

  • Central Region
  • Johor Bahru
  • Penang
  • East Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu/Kuching)

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Salest Executives to drive the growth of our Mistral and Mayer brands across Malaysia. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, expanding our dealer network, and strengthening relationships with key retail and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for the Mistral and Mayer product portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and market expansion.
  • Reactivate dormant customer accounts and rebuild long-term business relationships.
  • Expand the dealer, retailer, and distributor network to increase market coverage.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present product offerings, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Electrical Appliances, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing new business and managing B2B accounts.
  • Experience working with dealers, distributors, retailers, or modern trade channels is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
