Candidate requirements:-

Sarawakian & Sabahan

• Familiarity with Sarawak's industries, market trends, and customer demographics

• Must come to office based at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor.

• Must be willing to travel to Sarawak once a month to meet clients, maintain relationships, and

explore new business opportunities.

• Candidate must possess at least min Diploma in any engineering fields.

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent reading and

comprehension skills

• Proficient ability to detect error

• Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members

• Multilingual abilities (Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local languages such as Iban or Bidayuh are

advantageous).

Responsibilities/ Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator with engineering background is a crucial requirement to contribute to the achievement of sales targets, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The positions responsibilities include supporting sales, coordinating with other departments, closing deals, and promoting customer satisfaction.

• Prepare quotation, tender and documents related to customer enquiry (Technical and commercial

proposal)

• Able to achieve sales target, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance

account growth and revenue potential

• Accountable for technical solutions proposed to customers.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Liaising directly with factory/ principals in regards to products

• Ad hoc tasks as and when necessary

  • Candidate expected to have a minimum 30% hit rate for enquiries quoted.

• Excellent public presentation and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and tactfully

with customers and staff at all levels.

• Efficient handling of customer inquiries and building long-term client relationships.

• Establishing a network of potential clients or businesses in Sarawak is a plus
