  • Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors to support business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and product positioning.
  • Set pricing strategies and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Support product demonstrations and explain basic software/CRM solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Assist in preparing simple technical proposals and tender documents within deadlines.
  • Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development/account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of software/IT solutions or ZOHO/CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
