  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to present Star Travel's services and solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and account agreements
  • Convert leads into active corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and account growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and ongoing sales opportunities in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's corporate travel segment

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in the travel industry or corporate sales would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident in meeting clients and conducting sales presentations
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Able to identify opportunities and convert prospects into business accounts
  • Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings when required
