Job Description

Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for the luxury resort by targeting high-end clientele, corporate accounts, travel partners, and event organizers. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, building long-term relationships, and promoting premium resort experiences including accommodation, wellness, dining, and exclusive events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within luxury, corporate, and high-net-worth segments.
  • Promote resort offerings including luxury villas, suites, spa packages, weddings, and private events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, wedding planners, and concierge services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and personalized resort tours/site inspections.
  • Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and packages tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional pre- and post-sales service.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, front office, F&B, and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor luxury hospitality market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in luxury segment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems (e.g., Opera/PMS) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing to travel and attend client meetings/events.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling luxury travel agents, MICE, weddings, or VIP clientele.
  • Strong network within corporate or high-end travel market.
  • Ability to create bespoke packages and premium experiences.
  • High attention to detail and service excellence mindset.
