Position: Sales Executive

Location: Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and achieving company revenue targets. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers to generate new sales leads.
  • Present products and services professionally to prospective buyers.
  • Manage follow-ups, address objections, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit timely sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales documentation and delivery processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with property market trends and marketing strategies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Possess own transport (car) and willing to travel if required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is an added advantage.
