(MTE), incorporated in 2004, is an industry-driven training provider registered with Petronas, the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), and the Ministry of Finance (MOF). For over a decade, MTE has specialized in delivering technical training focused on individual competency development. The organization actively supports and conducts Institute of Materials, Malaysia (IMM) Certification Programs related to materials science. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients and training partners, and promoting MTE's technical training and IMM certification programs.

Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on training programs and certification offerings, and actively managing sales leads to achieve or exceed revenue targets. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure the successful delivery of training solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in training, education, engineering, or technical sales is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site in Shah Alam and travel to client locations when required.
