Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Ampang, Selangor. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key daily tasks include market research, creating proposals, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with the operations and project management teams to align customer needs with company deliverables.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Market Analysis and Research abilities to identify growth opportunities
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the translation or localization industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
