About The Company

A leading manufacturer of premium paper food packaging solutions -including lunch boxes, paper cups, bowls, and other eco-friendly disposable products.to various industries locally and abroad.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B & B2C sales, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for sustainable packaging solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & secure new business opportunities in the food packaging & FMCG sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in paper packaging industry
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of food packaging regulations and standards
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Remuneration

MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,000 + Commission
