We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive with a proven track record in
B2B & B2C sales, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for sustainable packaging solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & secure new business opportunities in the food packaging & FMCG sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in paper packaging industry
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of food packaging regulations and standards
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration
MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,000 + Commission
