In the assigned territory, the role involves developing new business and managing existing customers, from understanding their needs to proposing solutions and closing deals. Sales activities and pipeline management are handled through a CRM system, in collaboration with the marketing team for sales promotion activities.
The role also includes customer follow-up (including payment collection) and continuous product and industry learning, with the aim of achieving sales targets and improving overall performance.
1. Identifying and prospecting for new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
2. Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present our product and service offerings
3. Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
4. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management in our CRM system
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns
6. Continuously learning about our products, services, and industry to become a trusted advisor to our client
7. Follow up for customer's outstanding collection
8. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
MUST TO HAVE:
-possess own car
- At least 3 years of sales experience in related to electrical products, Securities, ELV, Visual, Public Address industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software.
