Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Photocopier/MFP) at Copier2u, located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate copier and MFP solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating sales contracts. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of photocopiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), and office equipment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
