Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales gallery, including visitor handling, on-site sales activities, and customer engagement with the appointed agencies.
- Attend to all sales enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads, and others) by providing accurate, updated, and compelling project information/data on the source of leads.
- Assist buyers throughout the entire purchasing journey, including unit selection, contract signing, mortgage application support, and after-sales matters.
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with appointed property agencies and agents to drive optimal sales results across the full buyer journeyfrom booking to loan application and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse agency performance, turnaround time, and sales effectiveness to ensure alignment with company's policy.
- Conduct product briefings and provide guidance to appointed agents to enhance sales capabilities and achieve Management's sales targets.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Participate in property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, open houses, and other sales-driven events.
- Execute prospecting activities to build and maintain a quality database of potential buyers for sales conversion.
- Ensure the sales gallery, mock-up units, and surrounding areas are well maintained, presentable, and aligned with corporate brand standards.
- Prepare accurate sales progress reports, performance updates, and market insights for Management review.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties and assignments as instructed by Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or any related field
- Min 13 years of working experience in property development or real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, committed, and result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic settings, including travel and support during weekends, launches, and exclusive events.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required for sales gallery operations and marketing activities.
