As a Sales Executive at Radiant Institute, you won't just be making calls. You will be learning how to identify market needs, engage corporate leaders, and support the delivery of training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Outreach: Use modern digital platforms to identify and connect with prospects
  • Lead Management: Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule discovery meetings for the senior consulting team.
  • Sales Support: Follow-up sequences, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Training Logistics: Assist with on-site session setup, coordinate materials, and ensure a seamless experience for our trainers & clients
  • Market Insights: Observe live training sessions to document client pain points and help build compelling success stories.

    The Essentials
    • Basic Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 2,800 (Inclusive of EPF & SOCSO).
    • Leave: 14 days Annual Leave (pro-rated during probation).
    • Probation: 6 months with structured mentorship.
