Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new F&B merchants within your assigned area through on-ground visits and calls to achieve monthly targets, with commission incentives tied to performance.
  • Proactively pitch ShopeeFood to high-potential merchants and help expand our merchant network across your coverage area.
  • Manage and update your sales pipeline to track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Support merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents and details are submitted accurately.
  • Gather insights from merchants and competitors to help improve ShopeeFood's offerings and merchant experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-through after merchant sign-up.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or account management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification from any field.
  • Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, with flexibility to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits.
  • Own transport and a valid driving license are required as this is an on-ground role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, other local languages or dialects is a plus.
  • Able to work on-ground during peak periods when required.
