As Malaysia accelerates its transition towards clean energy, we are expanding our team to support the growing demand for solar solutions under programs such as SOLAR PV SOLAR ACCELERATED TRANSITION ACTION PROGRAMME (ATAP) and C&I Solar installations.
We are looking for driven and motivated Sales Executives to help homeowners and businesses reduce their electricity costs and carbon footprint through solar energy adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial solar PV projects.
Conduct site visits, customer consultations, and energy assessments to propose suitable solar solutions
Prepare and present solar proposals, quotations, and financial savings analysis to clients. Explain government incentives such as SOLAR PV SOLAR ACCELERATED TRANSITION ACTION PROGRAMME (ATAP) and other solar programs.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
13 years experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, construction, or engineering industry or related field (Training will be provided)
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way to customers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in renewable energy sales are encouraged to apply. Preferred (Advantage) Familiar with NEM, Solar ATAP, or commercial solar projects.
Existing network with homeowners, developers, factories, or commercial buildings.
