As Malaysia accelerates its transition towards clean energy, our client is expending their team to support the growing demand for solar solutions under programs such as SOLAR PV SOLAR ACCELERATED TRANSITION ACTION PROGRAMME (ATAP) and C&I Solar installations. They are looking for driven and motivated Sales Executives to help homeowners and businesses reduce the electricity costs and carbon footprint through solar energy adoption.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial solar PV projects.
- Conduct site visits, customer consultations and energy assessments to propose suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and present solar proposals, quotations and financial savings analysis to clients.
- Explain government incentives such as SOLAR PV SOLAR ACCELERATED TRANSITION ACTION PROGRAMME (ATAP) and other solar programs.
- Follow up with leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project closure.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical team to ensure accurate system design and project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and corporate customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in the renewable energy sector.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy or construction.
- Fresh graduates with interest in sales are encouraged to apply. (On the job sales training will be provided.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Possess valid driving licence as company vehicle may be provided and must be willing to travel for site visits.
