Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, confident in client interactions, and experienced in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities and leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand requirements
- Prepare and present business proposals and solutions
- Lead negotiations and deal closures
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / IT / Communication or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably IT industry)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Must have own transportation and willing to travel
- Mandatory: Chinese candidates who can speak Mandarin fluently
