Business Development Manager

Location: Subang Empire

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

Language Requirement: Chinese candidates who can speak Mandarin & Chinese (required)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, confident in client interactions, and experienced in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities and leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand requirements
  • Prepare and present business proposals and solutions
  • Lead negotiations and deal closures
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / IT / Communication or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably IT industry)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Must have own transportation and willing to travel
  • Mandatory: Chinese candidates who can speak Mandarin fluently
