Job Description

Responsible for developing new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting our packaging and labeling solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

i) Attend and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

ii) Develop new market opportunities to expand company sales and business growth.

iii) Maintain, manage, and service existing customers as appointed by the company.

iv) Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

v) Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.

vi) Achieve sales targets set by the company.

vii) Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. production, customer care, delivery) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

viii) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.

ix) Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and business development.

Requirements:

i) Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages.

ii) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

iii) Minimum 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing / packaging / FMCG industry (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply).

iv) Able to work independently and as part of a team.

v) Good problem-solving and customer service skills.

vi) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

vi) Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
