Senior Sales Executive (Key Account / Inside Sales)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Key Account / Inside Sales who is ready to capitalize on this demand. This is a consultative sales role for a professional who enjoys building long-term strategic relationships with HR leaders, IT Directors, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their business roadmaps and proposing relevant training solutions.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with untapped corporate accounts.

  • Consultative Selling: Move beyond transactional selling. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by diagnosing their skills gaps and recommending the right certification paths (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, etc.).

  • Performance & Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and professional negotiation.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

  • The Professional Profile: 13 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management. Experience in the Education or IT sector is a bonus, but not required.

  • The Skillset: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Bahasa). You are comfortable conducting business meetings with senior stakeholders.

  • The Mindset: You are results-oriented, self-disciplined, and take ownership of your targets. You thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment.

  • The Logistics: Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley for client meetings.
