Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities, focusing on individuals interested in financial education and wealth management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Wealth Mastery Academy&aposs financial education programs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques, including needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for Wealth Mastery Academy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the financial education market.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/&aposO&apos Level certificate.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in sales.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Willingness to learn and apply sales closing techniques to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
