Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities with enterprise customers and business groups in Malaysia.
  2. Promote Yonyou's YonBIP, ERP, financial management, and AI ERP solutions to potential customers.
  3. Conduct email outreach, customer visits, networking, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
  4. Understand customer business needs and coordinate with internal pre-sales or senior sales team members for solution discussions.
  5. Support the full sales process, including customer meetings, requirement gathering, proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and industry contacts.
  7. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update sales activities, forecasts, and customer information regularly.
  8. Work closely with pre-sales consultants, solution teams, and delivery teams to support customer requirements.
  9. Participate in marketing events, seminars, trade shows, webinars, and customer activities.
  10. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to Yonyou Malaysia's market growth.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, enterprise software, IT solutions, financial systems, or cloud solutions.
  3. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in enterprise software sales may also be considered.
  4. Good understanding of business software, finance systems, ERP, or digital transformation is an advantage.
  5. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and willing to learn.
  7. Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, customer meetings, and follow-up activities.
  8. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to support communication with local and Chinese-speaking customers.
  9. Existing customer network or experience with enterprise clients is an added advantage.
  10. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
