Role: Sales Force Effectiveness Associate

Location: Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily operations of the Distributor Management System (DMS)
• Propose solutions to optimize system usage and enhance effectiveness
• Continuously improving DMS processes and workflows
• Conduct training sessions for distributors
• Coordinate with internal IT for report mapping and DMS-related matters
• Generate and analyze system reports

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Networking or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
