Role: Sales Force Effectiveness Associate
Location: Subang Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support daily operations of the Distributor Management System (DMS)
- Propose solutions to optimize system usage and enhance effectiveness
- Continuously improving DMS processes and workflows
- Conduct training sessions for distributors
- Coordinate with internal IT for report mapping and DMS-related matters
- Generate and analyze system reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Networking or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
