We are a Regional Multinational Company in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Has been well established in the market and plays a vital role in the pharmaceutical sector. A research based Pharmaceutical Company with Manufacturing Facilities and Research and Development Centre.

In view of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager bringing productivity and execution of our pharmaceutical sales team. The role will support sales planning, performance analytics, incentive management, and CRM effectiveness to drive strong brand performance while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and field force performance and share actionable insights
  • Manage territory alignment and sales target allocation
  • Design and administer sales incentive schemes
  • Drive effective use of CRM systems
  • Track KPIs such as coverage, call productivity, and brand focus
  • Support sales planning and execution reviews
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and pharma regulations
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Training teams

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, or Business
  • 5+ years of experience in Pharma Sales Operations, SFE, or Commercial Excellence
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Hands-on experience with pharma CRM systems
  • Good understanding of pharma field force operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
