Job Description

• Conduct cold-calls to potential clients to identify qualified leads for the commercial teams
• Proactively source and qualify new leads to support the commercial team's pipeline
  
  

growth and client acquisition efforts.

• Provide support to the sales team by assisting with data entry and updates in Salesforce to
  
  

streamline client onboarding and ensure timely account activation.

• Ensure a timely and accurate dispatch of contracts and account creation documentation.
• Execute and maintain sales processes with precision, adhering strictly to defined SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial, finance and operations teams including the
  
  

business unit head and managerto ensure alignment in SOP execution.

Job Requirements

• Any experience in sales administration processes and terminology or any related field.
• Any experience in customer service/ telesales/ telemarketing scope of work.
• Familiarity with contract management and documentation/ record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google tools
