Role Description

As a Business Development Associate (Intern), the individual will be at the forefront of our sales pipeline—identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential clients and target industries

* Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, databases, and online research

* Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls

* Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

* Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns

* Track outreach performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply

* Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)

* Confident communicator with a proactive, target-driven mindset

* Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment

* Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools is an advantage

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Able to work on-site at Menara Suezcap, KL (connected to LRT Universiti)
