Job Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on ongoing projects while actively developing new customer accounts across Malaysia.
Negotiate, prepare, and sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company.
Provide professional product and service consultation to clients.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs for business growth.
Propose and support product planning and improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Perform site visits to monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Willing to travel across different states when required.
Highly adaptable and motivated to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Must possess own transport.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out to potential clients to showcase products and services.
