-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
-Identify the client needs and propose the solution
-Coordinate and manage shipping and logistics processes smoothly and efficiently
-Organize/review the necessary documents such as estimate or invoice
-Liaise with customers, internal teams, and onsite personnel to ensure effective process
-Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support project execution
-Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues when necessary
-Travel for client meetings and business trips within Southeast Asia when required
MUST TO HAVE:
-Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
-Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and facilitate shipping operations effectively and smoothly
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from decision-makers to onsite personnel
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure well-planned and efficient shipping processes
-Willing and able to travel for business trips, including to other Southeast Asian countries
