Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Crafting monthly sales strategies and activities to achieve target assigned.
  • Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points.
  • On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets.
  • Manage a group of sales contract staffs to ensure group targets are met.
  • Monitor collection points performance by Areas to ensure meeting company's direction.
  • Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape, in respective Areas.
  • Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed.
  • To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX's long term partners.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing.
  • Based in designated region with own transportation.
  • Equipped with door sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Telco, Payment or Insurance industry.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent command of English, along with the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu to communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds; Mandarin is a bonus especially in targeted Areas.
  • Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs.
