Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibility:

  1. Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, online research, and industry-specific databases.
  2. Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the products or services offered by the company.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential customers to gain their trust and loyalty. This involves understanding their needs, concerns, and feedback to provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Negotiation: Engaging in negotiation processes to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for both parties.
  5. Closing Deals: Taking ownership of the sales process and converting leads into paying customers by closing deals successfully.
  6. Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  7. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  8. Customer Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients after sales to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Sales Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics for analysis and reporting to management.
  10. Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  11. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product developments to enhance your skills and adapt to changing market conditions.
  12. Territory Management: Managing and organizing your sales territory efficiently, prioritizing leads, and optimizing your time and efforts for maximum results.

Minimum Qualification

  1. Education: a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience
  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members is crucial for success in the role.
  4. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Sales executives need to build and maintain relationships with clients, so excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and rapport building, are important.
  6. Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Sales executives must be persuasive and skilled at negotiating to close deals and win clients over.
  7. Goal-Oriented: Sales is often a target-driven field, so a sales executive should be motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  8. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends is vital to this role.
  9. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify solutions and overcome obstacles is valuable.
  10. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales-related software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools can be an advantage.
