Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager (AFH), you will manage the sales and bottom line of the Away-From-Home Division. You will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of the Away-From-Home (AFH) business segment, including B2B channels such as hospitality, healthcare, corporate, education, public institutions, and industrial sectors. This role leads the development of strategic partnerships, manages the AFH sales team, and drives profitable growth through customer-centric solutions, channel expansion, and category leadership. The role also includes monitoring market and competitors trends, as well as exploring new business segments to ensure continuous growth.
Working Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (next to Setia Alam)
You will play an important role to:
1. Business Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the AFH business strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and channel growth areas across public and private sectors.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to tailor product, pricing, and service offerings to AFH customer needs.
2. Sales & Customer Development
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key B2B accounts, distributors, and end-users.
- Lead tender submissions, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies for key accounts and government contracts.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and value-added partnerships.
3. Channel Expansion & GTM
- Develop and manage Go-To-Market strategies for different segments (e.g., HORECA, hospitals, schools, factories).
- Evaluate and manage partnerships with distributors and third-party service providers.
4. Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AFH Key Account Managers and executives.
- Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development.
5. Financial & Operational Excellence
- Own the AFH P&L including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Provide accurate forecasting, demand planning input, and sales reporting.
- Optimize pricing, trade spend, and promotional ROI.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Degree Holder of a degree from a recognized university majoring in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 810 years of commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in AFH, B2B, or Institutional sales.
- Experience in hygiene, FMCG, cleaning supplies, or related industries is highly preferred.
