Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Formulate, implement & analyze business strategies to maximize overall sales growth and profitability in line with the corporate plan of AirAsi
  • aSecure continued growth by managing existing accounts/distribution channels and identify and implement new channels and growth opportunities
  • ;Set & Achieve sales targets
  • ;Gather market intelligence and monitor industry developments and competitor activity in the territory
  • ;Maintain understanding of governmental and regulatory issues that can impact our business in the territory
  • ;Prepare regular report and review on sales performance with the Management on weekly and monthly basis

  • esDevelop sales strategies ,set sales targets and key KPIs for the department to align with overall Regional Commercial pl
  • anProvide perspectives and insights on global trends related to the aviation industry especially on air ticket selling related; analyse trend and identify business opportunities and threa
  • tsLead and manage the distribution channel(s) and team(s) with AirAsia model and interest in priori
  • tyActively contribute to the strategic plans within the off-line portfolio, ensuring that plans accurately reflect the needs of the marke
  • t.Maintain existing and develop new trade customer relationshi
  • psOversee operations of sales support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as need
