AIRSCREAM is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in global markets, particularly within the vape and OEM/ODM segments. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth across assigned regions.
You will play a key role in managing distributor networks, negotiating with stakeholders, and executing market-driven strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in targeted international markets to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, contract finalization, and order acquisition
- Deliver compelling product presentations and effectively promote AIRSCREAM's products and OEM/ODM services to prospective and existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (engineering, production, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and product quality
- Drive distributor performance through sell-in and sell-out strategies, including planning and executing promotional activities
- Conduct market analysis, including segmentation, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies, to support business decisions
- Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline, and order progress to ensure targets and timelines are achieved
- Provide regular updates to management through sales reports, activity tracking, and market insights (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Recommend improvements to products, services, and policies based on market feedback and competitive developments
- Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to optimize business outcomes
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related business discipline
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within FMCG, vape, or tobacco-related industries
- Proven experience in managing distributors and international markets
- Strong understanding of OEM/ODM business models, manufacturing processes, and supply chains
- Experience in handling regulatory matters or government-related negotiations is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage international stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel internationally as required
