Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Shah Alam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagement. The Sales Manager will also train and guide the sales team to optimize their performance and ensure the attainment of organizational goals.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strategic planning and business development expertise
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Develop sales strategies for IT training programs and courses
  • Drive revenue growth through individual and team performance
  • Identify new clients (corporate & individual learners)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct sales planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Train and guide sales executives to improve closing skills
  • Monitor market trends in IT training and education sector

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT training or education sector
  • Proven experience selling IT training programs, courses, or corporate training solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
