Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Negri Sembilan, Malaysia. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and foster solid relationships with clients. Responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports for senior management. The role also involves mentoring and coaching the sales team to drive their performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
  • Proficiency in Marketing, Market Analysis, and Strategy Development.
  • Effective Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Communication skills.
  • Experience with Strategic Planning, Budget Management, and Performance Tracking.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales management, ideally within the media or entertainment industry, is advantageous.
