Job Description

At Atlantic Gate, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth within our SME customer segment. If you are passionate about prospecting, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, we would love to connect with you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and expand sales within your assigned geographic territory
  • Proactively prospect, acquire, and develop SME customer relationships
  • Deliver on gross profit, volume, and new business targets
  • Design and execute targeted sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Trade, and Customer Service to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide value-driven logistics solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and reporting discipline

Your Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in air, sea, or logistics freight forwarding
  • 4–5 years of proven success in sales, with a strong track record of closing new business
  • Deep understanding of the local market and competitive landscape
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional local language is a plus)
  • Highly results-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
