Job Description
Job Description:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding the overall revenues/profitability objectives
- Follows and adheres to the Group's sales methodology
- Prepares proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards and policies
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning
- Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the industry
- Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifies and develops service improvement initiatives
- Systematically analyses contracts, including revenue analysis and determination of fair market value for services offered
- Negotiates and drafts proposals and contracts, including value and pricing optimisation.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Maintenance Services
- Possess strong leadership and organisational qualities.
- Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.
