We have recently partnered with a MNC company that specialize in chemical manufacturing. The company is expanding their automotive segment and looking for a talented Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at automotive OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturers to promote the company product
- Build rapport with customers and ensuring a smooth day to day commercial activity.
- Provide commercial and technical support to accounts secured
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and troubleshooting to address customer pain points
- Monitor industry trends (e.g., electric vehicles, sustainability) and competitor activity to position our products effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in selling to automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (e.g., welding alternatives, composite bonding, paint shop compatibility).
- Proven ability to translate technical features into business value for customers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
