Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Profitably grows sales through proactive management of customer relationships.
  • Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes
  • initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
  • Develops appropriate level relationships with key accounts for self, Channel Sales Director, Executive Sponsorship and technical resources.
  • Effectively coordinates and delivers customer demonstrations and presentations.
  • Provides input to senior management on customers and competitive trends.
  • Calls on accounts with eAicient time management skills to ensure weekly visit targets are met.
  • Provides technical and administrative product information and appropriate pricing details to potential and existing customers.
  • Maintains a weekly product and sales forecast summary for assigned accounts, providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond.
  • Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
  • Manages assigned customer transition to Account development executives at the appropriate time.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree and five (5) to eight (8) years of related face-to-face sales experience required.
  • Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and reselling required. Experience with CM and/or systems integrator type relationships a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions within complex customer environments required Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
