Profitably grows sales through proactive management of customer relationships.
Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes
initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
Develops appropriate level relationships with key accounts for self, Channel Sales Director, Executive Sponsorship and technical resources.
Effectively coordinates and delivers customer demonstrations and presentations.
Provides input to senior management on customers and competitive trends.
Calls on accounts with eAicient time management skills to ensure weekly visit targets are met.
Provides technical and administrative product information and appropriate pricing details to potential and existing customers.
Maintains a weekly product and sales forecast summary for assigned accounts, providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond.
Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
Manages assigned customer transition to Account development executives at the appropriate time.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) to eight (8) years of related face-to-face sales experience required.
Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and reselling required. Experience with CM and/or systems integrator type relationships a plus.
Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions within complex customer environments required Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
