Sales Manager
As part of Delta Building Automation business expansion strategy, we are seeking for a well experience sales manager/engineer for building automation, surveillance system, access control system, HVAC and/or connected buildings to join our team in Singapore office. In this role, you will create a strong customer relationship which does not limit to client, consultant, main contractor, HVAC/electrical contractor and maintained while driving the sales figures and forecast to achieve business goals. Ensure coordinated and cooperation effort between Sales and operation teams as well as other divisions within Delta Building Automation Business Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and set strategic business growth, based on local market conditions and drivers, company initiatives, competitive landscape and local business relationships. Drive focused approach for team consistent with direction to maximize revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate with key vendors and partners to gain their competitive. Creation and development of customer in selected vertical markets.
- Manage the tendering and sales process to ensure customer requirements are properly qualified prior to investment of resources. Work closely with operation team to ensure qualified project are resourced during project development and implementation phases.
- Go to market with networking activities, marketing, customer meetings, proposal development and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value.
- Create sales strategy for all solutions opportunities. Work with operation team to assess risk and provide technical solutions that meet our customers needs.
- Participate in development of business, sales planning and growth strategies. Develop detailed sales forecast report with sales pipeline and provide input to budget.
- Maintain awareness of competitor information. Maintain trade contacts and participate in industry association in accordance with company policy.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in engineering related to mechanical, control, electrical / electronic engineering
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of sales experience in Building Automation sales roles
- Able to design BMS architecture/Solutions, work on costing, design of solutions based on tendering requirement and good understanding of HVAC design
- Prior experience on innovation process and sales skill; be highly open to develop self-technical capabilities on buildings, HVAC and air quality related new technologies and trends
- Have proactive attitude
- Able to apply your skills in different situations
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skill for communicating with customer
