Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales activities across Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Island markets
  • Manage assigned territories to achieve revenue, profitability, sales growth, and market share targets
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and implement strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Drive regional business activities by setting objectives and delivering strategic initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Optimize customer and product portfolio mix to maximize long-term business returns
  • Develop and communicate compelling value propositions for targeted market segments
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer demand, and inventory movements to generate market intelligence
  • Take ownership of sales KPIs and contribute to overall business performance objectives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, channel partners, and business stakeholders
  • Support the Sales Head in areas including pricing strategy, market intelligence, and sales allocation planning
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure timely follow-up on shipments and payment collections
  • Collaborate closely with T2 and internal stakeholders to enhance market insights and business strategies
