Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Manager (Contract Resource) role, located in Petaling Jaya, involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization. The role includes developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and drive results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
