ROLE DESCRIPTION
1.Business Strategy & Sales Development
Define business strategy, annual sales plan, and profitability targets.
Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers (farming) while expanding market presence with new clients (hunting).
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
2.Budgeting & Forecasting
Define and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and acquisition order plans.
Select initiatives for the Commercial Budget Plan and maintain a rolling forecast.
Monitor order acquisition progress against budgeted objectives, addressing variances and implementing corrective measures.
Support CFO in developing and controlling operational budgets to maintain financial strength.
3.Commercial Campaign & Opportunity Management
Lead the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
Manage commercial campaigns and maintain campaign status reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and governance processes.
Oversee contract analysis and manage contractual changes, including flow-down terms to suppliers.
4.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Collect and analyse intelligence on customer requirements, budgets, competitor activities, and market trends.
Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and events, ensuring alignment and effective follow-up.
Support identification and management of sales promoters and commercial advisors, considering reputational impact.
5.Bid, Tender & Partnerships Management
Oversee timely submission of bids and proposals, ensuring commercial integrity and compliance.
Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and payment plans to secure profitable contracts.
Draft, review, and manage agreements including NDAs, Teaming, Distribution, and Collaboration Agreements.
Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships to secure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
HARD SKILLS
Technical solution and services in Cyber Security, Digital Platforms (AI, Data Platform, Global Monitoring), Mission Critical Communication, Transportation solutions (CCTV, SCADA, Video Analysis)
Familiarity with contractual aspects and the company's financial offer model
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
