Key Responsibilities
Driving Retail Sales Performance
- Develop and execute sales plans based on market trends to achieve unit and financial targets.
- Set and monitor individual targets for the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure success.
- Emphasize customer satisfaction, effective strategies to boost sales while countering competitor efforts.
- Generate accurate sales reports and address customer issues to prevent loss of sales.
Achieving Financial Goals
- Plan annual sales targets to align with budgeted profitability goals.
- Control team pricing strategies, discount, and offers to optimize revenue.
- Manage expenses within the budget and oversee debt collection to prevent outstanding payments exceeding 60 days.
Customer Satisfaction Excellent
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) levels through team forums and best practices.
- Collect, analyze and act on CSI feedback, reporting negative cases for timely resolution.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years in automotive sales management or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, marker trends, and competitor strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proficient in sales planning, target setting, and financial monitoring.
